Be f*cking honest with yourself.
As I write this I am performing home dialysis for my mother – a task no layman should ever do, but WILL do if required of them.
I have watched and lovingly supported her through strokes, heart attacks, kidney failure, diabetes…and every single time she was additionally hit with pain, depression, anxiety…
“They” always had a pill to save her.
And it never did.
It masked symptom after symptom.
Despite emotional stress, lack of healthy habits and a stressful amount of extra weight – the focus was always on short fixes. She can’t save herself. Someone and something else will save her….
The logic brought me to begin teaching aerobics classes at 15, becoming a trainer at 20, starting a fitness nonprofit at 25, publishing a book at 33 and hosting Breathwork and Meditation classes at 40.
I’m mad because most people who will die in our current environment are people just like my mom…overweight/obese and sick with an underlying condition that they probably use prescription to manage.
I’m mad because those who endured and overcome cannot received Immunity status for the natural and effective antibodies their bodies created.
I’m mad because I know people who were vaccinated, hospitalized and spread it to others.
I’m mad because the Governor of New York fired 70,000 Healthcare workers without unemployment benefits and will fire 7,800 teachers next while wearing a gold “vaxed” necklace saying:
“God did answer our prayers,” she told the congregation. “He made the smartest men and women — the scientists, the doctors, the researchers — he made them come up with a vaccine. That is from God to us and we must say, ‘Thank you, God, thank you!’”“There are a lot of people out there who aren’t listening to God and what God wants,”
When ANYONE speaks for God we are entering dangerous territory. I say this for church, govt and all organizations.
Trust your gut. Whatever you believe, there are human rights being violated.
Be honest with yourself.
How has taking that pill, doing that fad diet or hating thy neighbor saved you?
Only you can save you.
