Halloween was great. The costumes fit! That was a scare! And the party was great. We set up a haunted house for the kids in the garage, played games, had lots of food, costumes, family and friends. It turned out better than expected. I felt a sigh of relief though when I woke up the next morning knowing that, that big goal was out of my life because I’ve been so tired lately trying to do so many different things.
Right now, I still wake up at 6am every morning. Sometimes I work out…sometimes I don’t. It really depends on my level of energy and if I have a big day planned ahead. For example, today I didn’t workout yet. I have a ton of things to do that will require me to lift, walk, move, clean, etc. My life is a workout in itself! In the past, getting an early workout in made me energetic for the rest of the day. Not true right now that I am pregnant because it just makes me more tired!
I am still weighing in anywhere from 2-4 pounds from my starting pregger weight. Still pretty good. Not sure why I’m not gaining more though. I don’t eat as well. However, I do have to say that my appetite is very strong in the beginning of the day then decreases towards 4pm.
My goal is to workout this week though. I don’t know when…but I need to find time. In fact, I want to purchase a bike or something I can do at home without going to the gym early in the morning. I’m awake, I just don’t want to get up to go to a gym. I have weights and a treadmill and a bunch of DVD’s but right now I’d prefer a bike and a tv.
I want to post more on this site though! Especially since I’ve been reading a lot of new books on fitness and trying out new fitness stuff!
