So here’s the deal:
I’ve been SUCCESSFULLY been runnin 10 miles per week for the last two weeks. I JUST finished running 3 miles today! I DEFINITELY think that running has leaned me up a bit, BUT..
and this is a BIG but…
I don’t think I’m eating well.
I eat pretty much what I want from Fri-Sun. Granted I don’t eat fries and cheeseburgers, but I definitely don’t eat as much protein as I should. I need to start remembering the PAIN I’m in when I run so it doesn’t let me eat too many veggie chips!!!!
This weekend was hard because I had a funeral and a bday party on Friday and we went to Reno on Saturday and Sunday. So if you can only imagine: I was around BUFFETS all weekend.
HOWEVER: I’m not usually that bad with buffets. I usually eat a humongous salad and eat seafood. My only splurge is dessert. I LOVE dessert!
I lost some weight (I lose slowly) but I know I could’ve done better had I not eaten stuff here and there.
This week I’m going to add a bit to my goals as I’m starting to master running, weight training and ab work. My goal is to drink 2 protein shakes a day and eat CLEAN on Friday and Sunday.
To recap, here are my goals:
1. Run 10 miles
2. Weight train 3 days
3. Abs every day
4. Drink 2 shakes a day
5. Eat CLEAN every day except a splurge on Saturday
6. Drink lots of water
7. Stretch!!!
