Do you like eating tuna? If you ‘sorta’ like it, then here’s a recipe to make your really like it! I was inspired by a picture I saw in Oxygen magazine last month of a tuna sandwich with avocado! I love avocado so I had to try it. I used, 3 cans of tuna, 1/2 a red onion diced, 2 stalks of celery diced, 1 avocado diced, 3 tablespoons of mayo with olive oil and salt/pepper. Needless to say, it was AMAZING. I made it for my mom-me fitness group’s weekend workout and the husband’s loved it. My husband loves it!
To make this healthier you can use Ezekial bread or make an ‘open-faced’ sandwich (by using just one slice). You can also put this in a whole wheat pita bread or whole wheat bagel/english muffin.
