Clean Eating: Skinny Monkey Cookies

September 11, 2012

I loved this recipe because it was simple and had minimal ingredients. You can probably add some chocolate protein powder to make the overall nutritional content more balanced. I personally would prefer the texture to be a little more harder because it is more ‘mushy’ than like a traditional cookie.

While it definitely doesn’t taste like a chocolate Crunch bar, it does the job when you are eating clean and need something sweet to suffice that tooth!~ It’s also SUPER easy to make!
